For bookings longer than 21 days or a long-term booking, please apply for reduced rates.
Terms and Conditions
- A minimum booking fee of 25% is required when making a booking. The balance is payable 28 days prior to date of arrival.
- Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer in Sterling or US Dollars.
- Check in to Lake Marion Resort is from 4pm.
- Check out on day of departure is 11am.
- Keys for Ocean Bluff will be available for collection on arrival at the rental office located at Lake Marion Resort.
- Prohibited in the villa are pets and smoking.
- Cleaning fee - £30.00 / $50.00 ( for stays of less than five nights).
- Minimum rental age required: 21 years.
- A refundable security deposit of £100.00/$170.00 is required when the remaining balance is payable.
